Game Description & Reviews:
One of the greatet platforming games made for the NES, Journey to Silius also features one of the most fantastic 8-bit soundtracks you'll ever hear.
Limited ammo with your extra guns, contra-like enemy respawn, and unforgiving game overs will keep tension high as you run and gun through some sweet levels each with its own awesome music. A must have for any collection.
Journey To Silius is one of the best games for the NES. A true cult classic, since it didn't gain success when it first came out.
Originally, the plotline was intended to be that of the movie The Terminator, but Sunsoft lost the rights for the license, becoming a full new story instead. And an interesting one, indeed.
Help Jay, a young man whose father got killed in a terrorist attack, get his revenge. Guide him through platforming and run and gun levels, fight atrociously big bosses and use weapons you gain in-game to keep progressing.
Even though the physics are slightly flawed, the gameplay is solid and never gets old.
If you were there when the NES was the biggest thing, or if you're an old game enthusiast, get it NOW! Reccommended!
